Chinese pussy willows
by Lilian ~ January 21st, 2007. Filed under: Family, Life and rants.Faster faster go buy the pussy willows which just arrived from China. On sale at Tesco, RM17.88 per bunch, 6 ft tall, 12 stalks in a bunch. Very fresh, very big pussies. LOL. Tiongkok lai eh pussy. Fai tit, fai tit.
Got my atm grumbled, grumbled, grumbled when I went shrieking, “THE PUSSY WILLOW IS HERE. I WANT TO BUY!!!!!” He pushed the thing around along with the shopping cart and grumbled, grumbled, grumbled somemore because 6 ft long is so freaking long and risk poking the other shoppers eyes, ok? Then, we forgot that we were driving his colleague’s Kelisa. And we had to fit this 6 ft sticks with fragile flowers like cotton buds into a Kelisa. Imagine that. From the boot right up to the windscreen, that length. When we got home, it was raining cats and dogs and more grumbles…..
Don’t care lah, grumble also grumble lah. My house got good fengshui wan. You see the first pic? The bluish back ground behind the pussy willows? That is a ‘hill-water’ (san-sui) painting. Good for money luck but must place on the left side of your home. Unless you do business, then, put it on your right side. Use the door, inside looking out, to determine your left and right.
And the above is the 3 ft high ceramic vase. See the birds? That one for couple togetherness wan. See the huge red moutan flower? That one to ignite the romance wan….But don’t believe any of these, ok? I just happened to have them ‘cos they were gifts from ex-colleagues only, ok?
Now I must go find my red red Chinese New Year dangling things to hang. Sure annoy the hell out of everyone at home ‘cos those things are going to tickle, poke, got into their eyes when they sat on the couch watching TV. Ahh…Chinese New Year mood is here.
And to those who wanted to know where I got the pink, flying, flowers…It is the Andy Beard snowfall, Wordpress plugin. (download link changed to here) I changed his snowflake .gif file to pink colour. I want to make gold coins but I don’t know how to make .gif file that small. You can make the thing fall right to the bottom of your page but I didn’t do it, just leave it fall down to the top screen ‘cos it is annoying as we read.

It will redirect subscribers of http://chanlilian.net/feed/ to your feedburner feed.
I am sure you have lots more than the few subscribers currently showing and that will help you join them all up to one feed.

earl-ku - Nolah, need to add water only but after they bloom like cotton buds, better stop or else the white flowers will keep growing into caterpillar flowers. Ver geli. Last time, mine grow leaves and root even.
Andy - Thank you for dropping by! I enjoy your plugin very much, as you can see. I had tried the plugin but I think I must have done something wrong with my feedburner account. LOL, I am happy with four readers. I had just burnt a new feed and hope it works.
