This got to be the coolest gadget I have ever seen. You know what it is? I do not know too. I thought it is some wire or water hose. Rupa-rupanya, it is meant to unplug clogged sinks. It is about 5 metres long. So, just stuff the thing into the sink and push and push and push. Sometime, you pull.
There seems to be no end. The wire thingie went in and in and in, deeper and deeper. Seems no end. And ahhh…finally, the sink is unclogged. A stench came out. Probably a sign that all the dirty, rotten stuffs were removed. Now, water can flows again.
Isn’t it a marvellous thing? It costs less than RM10, can be found at hardware stores. Works better than the plunger because with plunger, you can’t go all the way in. This one works from the inside and effective too.

When you pull it out is there anything stuck to it? Got to wash it I guess?

I have seen a plumber use an ordinary water hose, and it worked just as well ๐ But then again, thanks for enlightening me ๐

i have those too. so ‘simple’ clog ok lar. for hardcore stuff u need to engage the plumber and they use a bigger wan.
ok..the trick in using this if u wanna go deeeeeeper is to constantly turn the handle while penetrating it. if u juz cucuk cucuk..u can’t get far..

Just get a motorcycle break wire, cut off one end, make the wire jumble up at the end. Now you have a tools to remove hairs from the basin.

Kucing – I have a dishwasher but I gave it away when I sold my house. Too much chores to pile the empty plates into the washer and then hard to get that amount of dirty dishes ‘cos the machine takes about two-three meals of dirty dishes. I found washing dishes therapeutic. Got most of my brilliant ideas while having the bubbles and water running through my hands. ๐
